Refunds for Cancellations
- Processing Refunds: Refunds for cancelled services, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation from Nursing Council and Nurse Maude Simulation and Assessment Centre (NMSAC). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.
- Non-refundable Charges: Please note that any third-party costs incurred by NMSAC on behalf of the client for the provision of scheduled services may not be refundable.
Amendments to Services
We acknowledge that plans may change. Clients wishing to amend service bookings (e.g., rescheduling or altering service scope) are requested to contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will endeavor to accommodate such requests subject to availability and may adjust charges accordingly.
